Terms of Service
These terms govern your Ginvid account, subscriptions, credits and use of the AI video service.

1. The service
Ginvid creates and edits short-form videos from material or instructions you provide. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to other output. You must review every script, image, caption and finished video before publishing it.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and have legal capacity to enter this agreement. If you use Ginvid for an organisation, you confirm that you may bind it. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Your content and rights
You keep your rights in content you upload and in your lawful use of downloaded output. You give us a limited licence to host, copy, analyse, transform and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the requested service. You must have all permissions needed for people, voices, music, footage, brands and other material you submit or publish. Ginvid does not grant rights to third-party material.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Ginvid for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or abusive activity; to violate privacy, publicity, copyright or other rights; to exploit or sexualise minors; to create non-consensual intimate or impersonation content; to spread malware; or to bypass safety, access or billing controls. We may refuse generation, remove content, suspend access or preserve evidence where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or comply with law.
5. Subscriptions, credits and prices
Prices, billing intervals and the included credits are shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew for the selected monthly or yearly interval until cancelled. You can cancel from My account; access continues through the paid period and every credit already in your balance remains usable. Cancellation stops future renewals and subscription refills. One-time top-up credits do not expire while the account remains active. Credits are not cash, cannot be transferred and are consumed according to the price shown before you approve a generation or edit.
6. Delivery, storage and failed work
Generation times are estimates. Project files are normally available for 24 hours from project creation and are then deleted automatically, including edited versions. You are responsible for downloading work before the displayed deadline. If a chargeable generation fails and you start over, the service restores the reserved credits as described in the product. Provider outages, safety refusals or unsupported inputs can prevent delivery.
7. Cancellation, refunds and withdrawal
The Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms. It does not limit any mandatory consumer right. Subscription cancellation is available directly in My account and does not remove existing credits.
8. Availability and changes
We may maintain, change or discontinue features and third-party models. We aim to keep paid functionality available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Material changes to these terms apply prospectively and will be communicated where required.
9. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Ginvid is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost audience, publication decisions, third-party claims caused by your content, or loss caused by failing to download a project before its stated deletion time. Consumer statutory remedies remain unaffected.
10. Governing law
Swedish law applies, without removing mandatory protections you have as a consumer in your country of residence. Disputes should first be sent to support so we can try to resolve them. Consumers may also use the competent consumer dispute body or courts available under applicable law.
